By this petition, the petitioner, herein, has challenged order dated
09.10.2025 passed in File No. Ara/72 in case titled ‘Mohd. Hussain V. Mir
Hussain‘, whereby mutation nos.398 and 399 dated 02.08.1983 have been set
aside, by which rights were devolved under Sections 4 and 8 of Agrarian
Reforms Act, 1976 for khasra No.1735/1164 measuring 20 kanals situated at
Gundi, Tehsil Khawas.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned order is not in
consonance with law.
Issue notice. Notice is waived by Ms. Chetna Manhas, learned counsel on
behalf of respondent No.1.
Let notice go to respondent No.2.
Registry is directed to summon digitized record from office of respondent
No.1 in File No.Ara/72 case titled ‘Mohd Hussain V. Mir Hussain‘ by the next
date of hearing.
List on 18.05.2026.
Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next date
before the bench, parties to the lis are directed to maintain status quo with
respect to the property in question.
