Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Fiona Schaeffer will speak on a panel at the 2025 Directors’ Academy at the NYU School of Law, being held on October 9 -10.
Ms. Schaeffer will lead a breakout session on Friday, October 10, to discuss opportunities and risks for M&A in the current regulatory landscape, how companies are positioning themselves for success before antitrust authorities in the current administration and antitrust considerations for companies engaging with AI. She will be joined by Eyitayo “Tee” St. Matthew-Daniel, partner at Paul Weiss and Daniel Francis, a professor at the NYU School of Law.
