29. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with
the following prayer:
It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon’ble
Court may graciously be pleased to admit the
writ application issue notice to the Opp. Parties
and show cause as to why the order under
Annexure-8 dated 30.06.2020 will not be
quashed and prayer for regularization of service
in the post of Assistant Manager (CESU) will not
be allowed and further be pleased to stay the
operation of the advertisement for recruitment in
respect of the petitioner under Annexure-10
keeping in view the eligibility and the service
rendered under the opposite parties in the
interest of justice.
