[1] Mr. Th. Khagemba, learned counsel representing the learned counsel
on record for revision petitioner and Mr. W. Niranjit Singh, learned State counsel
are before this Court (physical Court). Mr. N. Suresh, learned counsel for caveator
(to be noted, ‘fourth respondent in captioned CRP’ is ‘caveator’) is before this Court
on the Video Conferencing (V.C.) platform.
[2] This proceedings has to be read in conjunction with and in
continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 19.02.2026 which
reads as follows:
