[1] Mr. Th. Khagemba, learned counsel representing the learned counsel
on record for revision petitioner and Mr. W. Niranjit Singh, learned State counsel
are before this Court (physical Court). Mr. N. Suresh, learned counsel for caveator
(to be noted, ‘fourth respondent in captioned CRP’ is ‘caveator’) is before this Court
