1. This is a petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. (Section 482
Cr.P.C) for quashing of the FIR No. 93, dated 24.08.2024 (Annexure P-1),
SPONSORED
under Sections 309(2), 115(2), 351(2), 324(6), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023
(corresponding to Sections 390, 323, 506, 440, 34 of IPC) registered at
Police Station Bahawala, District Fazilka, and all the subsequent
proceedings arising there from, on account of Compromise dated 19.02.2026
and 13.04.2026 (Annexure P-2).
2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have
compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR.
