    [1] Present Mr. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and
    Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. GA for the
    State respondents.

    [2] Mr. S. Jibon, learned counsel for the applicants in Crl. M.C. No. 9
    of 2025 submits that applicant no. 1 is the informant in the present FIR No.
    42(3)2025 TBL PS U/S 109(1)/118(1)/74 BNS & 27(1) Arms Act & Section 92
    BNS and applicant no. 2 is the victim.

    [3] The present Crl. M.C. No. 9 of 2025 has been filed under Section
    18(8)
    of BNSS read with Section 338(2) BNSS to assist the Public Prosecutor.
    Since the informant and the victim have the right to oppose the bail application,
    Crl.M.C. No. 9 of 2025 is disposed of by impleading applicant no. 1 namely Haji
    Wahida Begum w/o Haji Asraf Ali and applicant no. 2 namely Sarita Rasuli w/o
    Ajmal Khan as respondent nos. 2 & 3 in AB No. 5 of 2025 filed by the petitioner.

    [4] Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes
    to furnish a copy of the bail application to Mr. S. Jibon, learned counsel for the
    applicants who has been impleaded as respondent nos. 2 & 3.
    [5] Mr. S. Jibon, learned counsel for the newly impleaded respondent
    nos. 2 & 3 prays for 2(two) week’s time for filing objection.

    [6] Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP submits that objection on behalf of the
    State respondent is already on record.

    [7]            List these cases on 04.04.2026.
    
    [8]            Accordingly, the Crl. M.C. No. 9 of 2025 is disposed of by
    

    impleading applicant no. 1 namely Haji Wahida Begum w/o Haji Asraf Ali and
    applicant no. 2 namely Sarita Rasuli w/o Ajmal Khan as respondent nos. 2 & 3 in
    AB No. 5 of 2025 and Registry is directed to incorporate the same in the main
    AB No. 5 of 2025.

    [9] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.
