1. By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [“BNSS”] (corresponding to Section 482
of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 [“CrPC”]), the petitioners seek
quashing of FIR No. 58/2024 dated 10.02.2024, registered at Police
Station Vasant Kunj North, District South West, Delhi under Sections
376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”] and Sections 3 and 4
of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, on the ground of settlement between
the parties.
