[1] Mr. Ch. Ngongo, learned senior counsel instructed by
Ms. S. Gangarani, learned counsel on record for writ
petitioner, Mr. Phungyo Zingkhai, learned State Counsel for
respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned
Senior Panel Counsel for Central Government (Sr. PCCG)
for respondent No.4 are before this Court (physical Court).

[2] Mr. Ch. Ngongo, learned senior advocate is ready to
advance arguments. However, learned State counsel, Mr.
Phungyo Zingkhai, owing to additional affidavit filed by writ
petitioner requests for a short accommodation to file further
affidavit-in-opposition.

[3] As regards Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned Sr. PCCG
for respondent No.4, he requests for time to get instructions
as to whether it is necessary to file affidavit-in-opposition qua
additional affidavit.

[4] Adjourned at the request of learned State counsel.

[3] Adverting to afore-referred earlier proceedings made in

the previous listing, learned State counsel, Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei

requests for a short accommodation/further time.

[4] As regards respondent No. 4, Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned

Sr. PCCG submits that he is not filing any additional affidavit-in-

opposition and he will argue on the basis of affidavit-in-opposition

already filed.

[5] Afore-referred request of learned State counsel for

respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 is acceded to.

[6] Adjourned at the aforesaid request of learned State

counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

[7] Learned State counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 to
