Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case
registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323,
324, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427, 435, 504, 506, 337, 338 of
the Indian Penal Code.
3. Accusation is that due to death of one Bittu Saw, 44
named, including petitioner, and 500 unknown persons staged a
protest and when police personnel reached there, then mob
attacked the police party, in which, some of the police party
sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
though, petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but no specific overt
act has been alleged against him. Similarly situated other co-
accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court,
vide Annexure P/3. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a
period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner
be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Gaya
Muffasil P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020, subject to condition as laid
down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the
B.N.S.S.
