1. The present petition is seeking quashing of FIR No.340/2022 dated
11.03.2022 registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar under Sections
323/376/436 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection
of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 [“POCSO Act”], including
Sessions Case No.532/2022 titled State v. Manish Kumar.
2. The facts of the case would indicate that an FIR came to be registered
at the instance of respondent No.2 i.e. the complainant. It was alleged that
the complainant had been acquainted with the petitioner for several years
