    petitioner is before this Court on the Video Conferencing (V.C.) platform.

    Mr. W. Niranjit, learned State counsel for official respondents and

    Ms. G. Pushpa, learned counsel representing Ms. N. Savitri, learned counsel on

    record for respondent No. 3 (private respondent) are before this Court (physical

    Court).

    As regards respondent No. 4 (private respondent), read this in

    conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous

    listing on 10.03.2026 which reads as follows:

    2. Mr. M. Johny Meitei, learned counsel for revision petitioner and Mr.
    Phungyo Zingkhei, learned State counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 are
    before this Court

    3. Mr. Leo. N., learned counsel submits that he has instruction to file
    Vakalatnama for respondent No.3. Registry to show the name of learned
    counsel, if Vakalatnama is filed and if the same is in order.

    4. As regards respondent No.4 (R4), learned counsel for revision
    petitioner submits that respondent No.4 is no more and he has to take
    steps to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased R4.

    5. Steps to be taken within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before
    24.03.2026.

    6. Interim order already granted on 02.02.2026 is extended and same
    shall continue till next listing.

    7. List on 25.03.2026.’

    Today, it is seen from the records that learned counsel for revision

    petitioner has since filed 2(two) ‘Miscellaneous Cases’ (‘MCs’) for bringing on

    record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 4 and the same are on Board.

    However, learned counsel on both sides request for an adjournment citing difficulty

    at their respective ends. This common/joint request for adjournment is acceded

    to.

    As regards interim order, interim order granted on 02.02.2026,

    extended from time to time and now operating is extended until further orders.
