Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State .
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for
the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504,
506 and 34 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R. this petitioner fired upon informant, as
a result of which, informant sustained firearms injury in his left
arm. Petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedents.
4. Considering the nature of accusation, criminal
antecedents of this petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for
pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
