2. Heard Mr. Padhi, learned Senior Advocate along with Mr.
Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned
Senior Advocate along with Mr. Mohanta, learned counsel for the
Opposite Party No.2.
3. Issue Notice.
4. Notice on Opposite Party No.1 is dispensed with for the
time being.
5. Since Mr. Mohanta, learned counsel has already entered
appearance on behalf of Opposite Party No.2 through Caveat, no
requisites need be filed for issuance of notice to it.

6. A copy of the brief has already been made for to learned
counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2.
7. Requisites for issuance of notice to Opposite Party No.3 by
Speed Post with A.D. shall be filed by 6th April, 2026.

Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Bhubaneswar
in I.D. Case No.36 of 2014, to reach this Court by the next date.
9. Put up this matter on 20th May, 2026 along with tracking
