Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023
seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 15.05.2023 passed by the learned
Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ferozepur,
Ferozepur, whereby, the petitioner has been
declared as proclaimed offender, in case FIR No.
No.184 dated 20.12.2022, registered
for offence punishable under Sections 302, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25,
27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur
Ferozepur.
