    1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned
    counsel for the State.

    2. The applicant, who is in custody since 28.01.2026, has
    approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection
    with Tinpahar P.S. Case No.29 of 2024, registered for the
    offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 342/ 323/ 332/
    353/ 504/ 506/ 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

    3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the
    applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures
    have been annexed with the present bail application and
    there is no suppression on his/ her part.

    Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and
    undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It
    has been submitted that the co-accused have already been
    enlarged on bail by the trial court itself. On the above basis,
    prayer for bail has been made.

    4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has
    opposed the prayer for bail.

    5. Considering the nature of crime, age of the applicant
    and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the
    applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be
    released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
    (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
    the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal, in connection
    with Tinpahar P.S. Case No.29 of 2024, on the condition that

    one of the bailors will be the parents of this applicant and this
    applicant will report once in a month before the concerned
    police station, till the conclusion of trial and the applicant will
    also submit self attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and
    his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will
    always keep active and will not change it during pendency of
    this case without prior permission of the court.
