2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Appellants have been convicted under Sections 376-B, 394, 323,
504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, ‘IPC’) by
the Trial Court and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment (RI)
for 20 years for the offence under Section 376-D of the IPC and
lesser sentences for the other offences, all to run concurrently.
The appeals filed by the appellants were dismissed by the High
Court.
