Mr. Th. Khagemba, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the
petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate
appeared on behalf of the respondents through video conferencing
platform.
Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that
two writ petitions viz., WP(C) No.598 of 2025 and WP(C) No.607 of 2025
are analogous with the present petition and all three writ petitions are
between the same parties.
