WP No.14620 of 2025 is filed seeking to declare the
order dated 15.04.2025 in Case No.F1/2531/2023 passed by
the respondent No.2 thereby setting aside the occupancy
right certificates ORCs dated 30.09.1993 in File
No.J/4529/1993 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.40-00
guntas in Sy.No.93/2 of Pulimamidi Village Kandukur Mandal
Ranga Reddy District as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary
and contrary to law.
WP No.20636 of 2025 is filed seeking to declare the
order dated 19.04.2025 in Case No.F1/2968/2023 passed by
the respondent No.2 dismissing the appeal filed by the
petitioners by confirming the ORC proceedings in File No.
J/1814/2015 dated 11.07.2016 passed by the respondent
No.3 in favour of the respondents Nos.4 to 6 in respect of
land admeasuring Ac.13-02 guntas in Sy.No.93/2 part of
Pulimamidi Village Kandukur Mandal Ranga Reddy District as
illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and
consequently set aside the said order.
