[1] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.
Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction,
submits that there is inadvertent mistake in prayer portion of the writ
petition. The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18.09.2025 passed
by Ld. Family Court, Imphal East in MAT.(Divorce) Suit No. 35 of 2021
where further proceeding is kept in abeyance. However, due to
inadvertence, impugned order is referred as order dated 18.12.2025 in
Judl.Misc.Case No. 267 of 2025 where application for the petitioner for
early hearing is allowed. Learned senior counsel for petitioner prays for
withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the
same cause.
