titled “Lokesh Gupta Vs. Rahul Raina”, whereby the application under Section
151 of the CPC filed by the petitioner seeking initiation of perjury proceedings
against the respondent has been dismissed.
Notice to the respondent, subject to filing of requisites by the
petitioner.
