About the Opportunity
Trust Law Associates is looking for a Loan Settlement Advocate/ Debt Resolution Specialist to join their growing team.
If you understand the pressure clients face with loan defaults, recovery harassment, and financial stress – and know how to handle it legally and strategically – this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling loan & credit card settlement cases
- Drafting legal notices & responses against recovery harassment
- Client counselling and strategy planning
- Liaising with banks/NBFCs for settlements
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates (LLB/LLM)
- 0–3 years (Freshers with strong legal understanding can apply)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Understanding of debt settlement / recovery processes (preferred)
- Ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally
