Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv)Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibility :
(i) Mortgage lending and banking legal matters
(ii) Legal due diligence and title verification
(iii) Property title search and legal opinion drafting
(iv) Real estate documentation and compliance
(v) Team management and leadership
(vi) Client coordination and risk assessment
