Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Preparation of papper work and filing cases.
(iii) Legal Expert Experience: Minimum 5 Years
(iv) Strong knowledge of Infrastructure & Project Legal Frameworks
(v) Expertise in Contract Drafting and Tender Vetting
(vi) Understanding of Government Procurement & Tendering Processes
(vii) Excellent Legal Research, Analytical and Negotiation Skills
(viii) Experience in Infrastructure Consulting/Advisory Projects will be preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Vetting and review of Tender Documents, RFPs, Contracts & Agreements
(ii) Drafting of Legal Agreements, MoUs & Policy Documents
(iii) Contract Management including Lease Agreements and other legal agreements
(iv) Legal Advisory for Infrastructure & Urban Development Projects
(v) Regulatory & Statutory Compliance Support
(vi) Legal Due Diligence, Risk Assessment & Contract Negotiation
(vii) Coordination with Government Departments, Clients & Stakeholders
