About the Job :
SK Finance is looking for a Legal Coordinator to join their SME Legal team in Jaipur. If you have experience in legal coordination, recovery follow-ups, legal MIS, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination, we’d love to connect with you.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience: 2–3 Years
(ii) Strong analytical and research skills
(iii) Understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance requirements
(iv) Ability to work in a dynamic and technology-driven environment
(v) Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Responsibility :
(i) Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
(ii) Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs
(v) Handle evidence gathering, witness interviews, and discovery
(vi) Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration
(vii) Negotiate settlements where appropriate
