About the Job :
Wadhwa & Co. is hiring Legal Trainee(s) – Litigation for its New Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in litigation and gain practical exposure by working closely with the firm’s legal team. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Interest in civil/commercial litigation and arbitration
(vi) Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority
(vii) Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
(viii) Proficiency in written and spoken English
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
