About the Job :
SKV Law Offices is looking to onboard lawyers with 3–5 years of experience in White Collar Crime for our Delhi office.
Eligibility :
(i) 3-5 years of experience in White collar Crime
(ii) Require Mandatory prior experience in handling complex investigations and enforcement actions
(iii) hands-on experience in investigations, enforcement actions, and regulatory matters
(iv) Looking to work on complex, high-stakes matters
(v) Familiarity with legal research platforms and AI tools
Responsibility :
(i) Advisory on white collar crime, fraud and regulatory compliance
(ii) Matters involving ED, CBI, SFIO and other enforcement agencies
(iii) Proceedings under PMLA, Companies Act,and allied laws
(iv) White collar crime disputes, prosecution and litigations
(v) Appearance before the court and investigative authorities
