About the Job :

Eligibility :
(i) 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
(ii) Strong drafting skills
(iii) Keen interest in arbitration
(iv) Ability to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment
Responsibility :
(i) Handling high-value arbitration matters
(ii) Drafting pleadings, statements of claim/defence, witness statements, and written submissions
(iii) Representing clients in arbitration proceedings and related matters
