About the Job :
GNK LEGAL is looking to onboard an experienced Litigation Associate to join their team in Mumbai.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Has relevant experience in litigation practice, including drafting and court appearances
(iv) Can independently manage matters with attention to detail and ownership
(v) Can join immediately
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Assisting in strategy formulation and case management for complex regulatory disputes
(v) The role requires someone with hands-on experience in managing IP litigation matters, including drafting, appearances, and handling proceedings before various courts and tribunals.
