About the Job :
Chir Amrit Legal LLP is seeking inquisitive Chartered Accountants and Lawyers to join their Tax Advisory and Litigation team. As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will work on tax advisory, litigation and compliance, focusing on GST and Direct Taxation.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) 0–2 years (including fresh graduates)
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Candidates with Tax Advisory and Litigation experience will be given preference.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
