About the Internship
Rubrik is hiring Legal Intern
Eligibility
- 3rd-5th year BA LLB, BBA LLB or 2nd-3rd year LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with corporate and commercial transactions for technology companies, whether in-house or at a law firm, is preferred but not required
- A good understanding of AI, technology, intellectual property and corporate laws.
- Duration of internship – 1 month
- Working Model – 5 days (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- To assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.
- To conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.
- Drafting, reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.
- Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.
