Novo Nordisk GBS supports the organization’s global operations by delivering business services across various functions. The Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) team provides legal strategy, advisory, governance, compliance support, data privacy advisory, contract management, and litigation support for the Global Business Services affiliate.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected intern will be responsible for:

  • Researching applicable laws, regulations, legal developments, and case precedents.
  • Assisting in reviewing contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
  • Supporting litigation and dispute management, including reviewing litigation documents, maintaining trackers, reviewing court filings, and coordinating with external counsel.
  • Assisting with communication and coordination for Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) initiatives across GBS.
  • Managing legal records, documentation, databases, and knowledge management repositories.
  • Assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring ethics and compliance initiatives.
  • Supporting activities related to CSR and ESG projects.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be pursuing a B.A., LL.B., or LL.B.
  • Be proficient in English and Kannada.
  • Have working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  • Have operational knowledge of Manupatra and other legal research databases.
  • Possess strong research, writing, communication, and collaborative skills.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates should:

  • Be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
  • Be able to start the internship by August 16, 2026.
  • Be available for the entire six-month duration.
  • Be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
  • Have relevant skills and interest in the role.
