About the Job
Royaloak Incorporation Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive (Fresher) to support its legal and compliance functions. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates seeking hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law.
Joining Requirement: Immediate (within 2–3 days)
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds
- Support handling of franchise agreements and renewals
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
- Assist in preparing legal notices and replies
- Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation
- Conduct basic legal research and compile findings
- Assist the senior legal team in daily work
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship experience
- Basic understanding of contract law and corporate law
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Based in Bengaluru (local language preferred)
- Available for immediate joining (within 2–3 days)
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
