About the Opportunity
Phoenix ARC is looking to hire Legal Associates for its offices across multiple cities in India. The selected candidates will handle litigation, legal documentation, recovery proceedings, and compliance matters relating to banking and financial laws.

Salary
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.). An LL.M. will be an added advantage.
- Have 3+ years of legal experience, preferably with banks, NBFCs, or recovery law firms.
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of:
- SARFAESI Act
- Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
- Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy laws (DRT Act)
- Civil Procedure Code (CPC)
- Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC)
- RBI regulations and norms
- Have strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Be willing to travel for court hearings and property possession proceedings.
- Be proficient in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
