    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

    State .

    2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for

    the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 , 149, 341,

    323, 324, 307, 325 , 379, 427, 504 and 506 of IPC and later on

    302 of IPC was added.

    3 . At the outset, learned advocate appearing on behalf

    of informant submitted that petitioner has been declared

    absconder and process of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has

    been initiated on 20.12.2025 against him to ensure his

    appearance in the Court as such petitioner is not entitled to the

    relief of anticipatory bail (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi)

    (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma (2014) 2

    4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition
