The infrastructure of the law faculty is functional but basic. Classrooms are spacious but largely traditional, with limited use of modern teaching aids.
The central library of the university is a major strength, offering access to a wide range of legal and non-legal books and journals, although updated editions are sometimes limited. Sports facilities are available at the university level. Hostel facilities exist but require better maintenance and upgradation.

The academic culture is rigorous and largely self-driven. Here, we have 21 assistant professors and many other professors. The faculty comprises experienced and knowledgeable professors, though teaching styles vary.
Classes focus more on conceptual clarity and theoretical understanding, and students are expected to engage in extensive self-study and regular revision.
Attendance requirements are not overly strict, but consistency and seriousness towards academics are expected. Overall, the environment encourages independent learning rather than spoon-feeding.
