1. The Delhi High Court Bar Association has issued a notice to the
effect that members of the Bar would be abstaining from work today.
As a result thereof, the present matter is adjourned.
2. It is noticed that the present Petition, filed under Section 34 of
the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenges the Arbitral
Award dated 31.03.2014 passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal, and
the same is pending on the Board of this Court for almost a decade.
3. This Court is of the view that the matter will need to be taken
up for hearing at the earliest and preferably on the next date.
