1. The CRLMP has been filed for passing an appropriate order
for early disposal of T.R. Case No.40 of 2013 pending in the Court
of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Balasore.
2. FIR in Vigilance P.S. Case No.59 of 2010 had been
registered on 13.12.2010 under Section 13(2) read with Section
13(1)(d) of the PC Act and Section 409/120-B of the IPC and
Section 7 of the E.C. Act against the Petitioner and others. The
discharge application of the Petitioner had been rejected by the
learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore on 13.01.2017. Criminal
Revision No.744 of 2017 filed before this Court challenging the
order dated 13.01.2017, was disposed of by this Court on 28.06.2024
directing the learned trial Court to ensure that the trial of the case is
completed as early as possible.
