Subject to the petitioner, Khemraj Gupta, joining and
co-operating with the investigation in connection with Crime/First
Information Report (FIR) No. 297/2025 dated 09.11.2025, registered
with Police Station – Gharghoda, District – Raigarh, Chhattisgarh,
for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471
and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, he shall not be arrested
till the next hearing.
In addition, the petitioner shall scrupulously abide by the
conditions stipulated in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
