01. By this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, petitioner has
challenged the order dated 08.05.2025, passed by the Court of
Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class /JMIC (Munsiff Ganderbal), in
complaint bearing No. 28/2025, filed under Section 138 of
Negotiable Instrument Act, titled Sajad Ahmad Parray Vs. Khalid
Ahmad Wani.
