    2) The present application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
    Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for regular bail
    in connection with FIR being C.R. No. 11198068260223 of 2026
    registered with Bharatnagar Police Station, Bhavnagar, for the
    offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c) and 29 of NDPS Act.

    3) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits
    that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the
    offence. Investigation is almost over. He is in custody since
    17.05.2026. He is named in the FIR based on the statement of the
    accused No.1. Nothing was found from his conscious possession.
    He has no past antecedent. No evidence was collected which
    establishes the link of the applicant with the alleged offence.
    Muddamal articles are already seized. It is further submitted that
    consignment was dispatched by the pharma company and the
    same was allegedly received by the Transport Agency by one
