[1] Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel, submits that he is
entering appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in CRP(CRP
Art. 227) No. 4 of 2026 and prays for two weeks’ time for filing
vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
[2] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.
Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the
petitioners have filed MC(WP(C) No. 621 of 2025 for restoration of
demolished portion of the building considering the raining season.
[3] However, Mr. A. Bheigya, learned Jr. G.A., submits that
he may be given some time for filing objection in the application.
