1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 417/2023 of
PS Sarai Rohilla for offence under Section 392/397/34/395/412 IPC.
2. Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks adjournment on the
ground that arguing counsel is not available. Keeping in mind the extreme
old pendency of this bail application, which formed part of 179 such old
applications transferred from different benches to this bench, there is no
scope for any adjournment. On this, learned counsel for accused/applicant
seeks a passover to ask the arguing counsel to appear through
videoconferencing.
