    1. Heard, Mr. Kushal Mor, learned Advocate for the

    Petitioners, Mr. Rakesh Pathak, learned Advocate for the

    Respondent No. 2 and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP for the

    Respondent – State.

    2. Mr. Kushal Mor and Mr. Rakesh Pathak submit that the

    subject matter of these three Petitions arises from the order

    dated 15.04.2024 passed by the Court of the Metropolitan

    Magistrate, 13th Court, Dadar, Mumbai (“Magistrate”) and the

    FIR bearing No. 0275 of 2024 dated 26.04.2024 registered at

    the N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station. Accordingly, they request

    that all three Petitions be taken up together and disposed of by a

    common order. Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP, agrees to the

    said suggestion. In view of the said request, these Petitions are

    taken up together and disposed of by a common order. Learned

    Advocates further submit that Writ Petition No. 3017 of 2024 be

    treated as the lead Petition for reference to the facts of the case.
