    1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in spite

    of filing representation (Annexure-3) dated 13.03.2026 qua the

    redressal of grievance but the same is not considered by the

    respondent-university. Learned counsel prays that the instant

    petition can be disposed in light of the judgment encapsulated in

    Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in

    (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-

    JP:5792).

    2. Accordingly, the respondent-university is directed to

    adjudicate the representation (Annexure-3) dated 13.03.2026

    submitted by the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in

    Pawan Meena (Supra) and the circular dated 19.02.2024 (No. i-

    10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012) passed by the Chief Secretary, Rajasthan,
