    None appeared for the petitioner. Mr. Y. Ashang, learned

    The present bail application has been filed by the present
    petitioner for releasing him on bail in connection with FIR No. 12(03)2025
    KPI-PS u/s 21(c)/29/60(3) of the ND&PS Act, 1985.

    Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP submitted that he has received
    instruction from the Officer-in-Charge, Kangpokpi Police Station,
    Manipur, vide letter 16-03-2026 that the present petitioner has been
    released on default bail by the learned Court of Special Judge, ND & PS,
    Senapati on 26-09-2025 and as such, no cause survives for adjudication
    in this bail application since the petitioner has already been released on
    bail. The learned PP, accordingly, submitted that the present application
    may be closed as infructuous. A scanned copy of the said letter from the
    Officer-in-Charge addressed to the Public Prosecutor cum Deputy
    Government Advocate (HC) dated 16-03-2026 along with enclosed
    document are reproduced hereunder for ready reference:-
