About the Position
We are looking for dedicated, passionate and eager to learn trainees to join our team of distinguished lawyers and practice their abilities in all fields of local and international law.

Role
- working with a group of lawyers practicing antitrust/competition, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, banking & finance, corporate law, energy law, project finance and development, capital markets and m&a, real estate, tax and tmt & intellectual law;
- drafting, proofreading, negotiating, reviewing and translating legal documentation relating to all aforementioned fields of law;
- conducting thorough legal research;
- providing advice on various legal matters based on theory, commercial practice and jurisprudence;
- involved in the structuring and implementation of strategic domestic and international projects;
- performing external tasks in courts, authorities, regulators, public authorities etc.;
- conducting due diligence;
- assisting in the drafting of newsletters and newsflashes;
- developing relationships and ongoing support with a prominent client base;
- providing advice and support to other members of the team and the wider business.
Candidate requirements
- bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB);
- excellent command of the English language;
- good knowledge of Microsoft office;
- ability to work autonomously and independently but also able to work as a team player under specific deadlines;
- excellent communication and organization skills;
- commercial awareness;
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as initiative and willingness.
