Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Content who understands the CLAT ecosystem deeply and can build, manage, and scale high-quality content for aspirants.
This is a leadership role involving content strategy, execution, and team management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, create, edit, and publish content for CLAT UG and PG preparation
- Ensure all content meets internal quality, accuracy, and readability standards
- Manage and mentor a team of student contributors
- Develop and execute new content initiatives aligned with CLAT trends
- Work closely with internal teams on content strategy and growth
- Conduct interviews, curate insights, and build authority-driven content
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have cleared CLAT UG (Rank under 5000) and CLAT PG (Rank under 1500)
- 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Preferred Background
- Experience in content, editorial roles, or a strong willingness to build a long-term career in content
- Prior experience with a CLAT coaching institute is an added advantage
Skills Required
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong understanding of the CLAT exam and preparation landscape
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students
- Team management and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Time Commitment
This is a full-time position.
Salary
5.1-7.5 LPA
How Do We Work?
- OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) keep our various teams aligned for the medium-term and long-term agenda.
- KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) help each team member know what they must get done.
- Meetings and huddles: Short meetings where major tasks, challenges, and goals are discussed.
- Project management and internal team communication are done over a software called Basecamp.
- We expect you to work for 7-8 hours/day, 5.5 days a week.
