About the Opportunity
A chamber practice is inviting applications for Junior Associates (0–1 PQE) starting next month. The role offers exposure to direct & indirect tax litigation before higher forums.
Practice Areas
- Direct Tax (Income Tax matters)
- Indirect Tax (GST, etc.)
- Matters before the Delhi High Court
- Appearances before the Supreme Court of India and various Tribunals
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of experience
- Law graduates with interest in tax litigation
- Preference to candidates with tax experience
- Preference to women candidates (as mentioned)
- Strong research and drafting skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in tax litigation matters
- Drafting petitions, appeals, and legal documents
- Conducting legal research in tax laws
- Supporting matters before High Court, Supreme Court, and tribunals
- Working on real-time litigation strategy
