Job Description:
EY is inviting applications for the roles of Privacy Consultant and Privacy Analyst for its Pune office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in data privacy and regulatory compliance. Selected candidates will work with EY’s Privacy & Data Protection team, contributing to privacy compliance, governance, risk assessments, and implementation of global privacy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct privacy compliance assessments, gap analysis, and control implementation
- Support compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), GDPR, and CCPA
- Assist with consent management, privacy notices, data subject rights, and data retention practices
- Perform privacy risk assessments, data discovery, and data mapping activities
- Support privacy governance initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate privacy requirements effectively
Eligibility & Preference:
- 2–4 years of experience in data privacy and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
- Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations
- Experience with privacy governance frameworks and compliance tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Preferred certifications: CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, DCPP, or equivalent
- Exposure to Privacy by Design and data governance initiatives is desirable
